Search paddypower.com on the register and four separate licensed companies come back. NetBet is the only site here that puts a casino, a sportsbook and a poker room behind a single login, and the licence reflects that: remote casino, real-event and virtual-event betting, pool betting and linked gambling software all sit on the same authorisation, with seven web addresses registered against it for the different products. The lobby keeps live casino and live betting in distinct sections, and the operator's own footer links out to GambleAware.

The register also carries a regulatory settlement for this licensee, dated 5 November 2025. Following a compliance assessment, the Gambling Commission found failings in anti-money-laundering and social responsibility controls over periods between October 2023 and July 2024. Happytiger ApS took its Great Britain licence in July 2021, making it the most recent arrival here by almost three years. The authorisation covers remote casino and remote bingo and nothing else, and the same account carries two further registered trading names, Lux Casino and Spin King, across 27 registered domains. It is the only operator in this comparison run from Denmark.

Its site did not load for us when we ran these checks, so we have deliberately published no product detail for it. We would rather leave a gap than describe a lobby we have not seen, and the licence facts below stand on their own.

Search the domain, not the brand

Brand names are not always registered. Domains almost always are, so we search the exact web address on the Gambling Commission's business register and work back from whatever licensed company it returns.

Match the product, not just the company

A betting licence is not a casino licence. We only list a site when its licensee holds a remote casino authorisation showing as active and current, and we record the reference so the claim can be checked.

Confirm where the link goes

Our outbound links point at the exact domain recorded on the register, with nothing in between. If a registered address and a brand's marketing address disagree, the registered one wins.

Publish only what is on the record

Can I gamble on Reel Checkpoint?

No. We do not run games, take stakes, hold funds or open accounts, and we are not licensed to do any of those things. Everything commercial here is a link to a third-party operator that holds its own licence. Once you follow one, your account, your money and your terms and conditions are entirely between you and that operator.

Why is a site with a regulatory settlement still listed?

Because leaving it out would hide the settlement rather than deal with it. NetBet's licence remains active, so it qualifies for this comparison, and the settlement is published on the same register we use for everything else. Our judgement is that a reader is better served by seeing the entry, the date and the amount alongside the rest of the licence detail than by finding a shorter list with no explanation of what was left off it.

Why are some of your rows shorter than others?

Because we only publish what we could confirm. Where a site was unreachable or a detail could not be checked against the register or the operator's own pages, the field is left out entirely instead of being filled with a plausible-looking figure. Happy Tiger is the clearest example in this edition: full licence detail, no product detail.

Does the commission you earn change the comparison?

It affects which operators we have commercial arrangements with, and it can affect placement, which is why the disclosure sits next to the table rather than buried in the footer. It does not affect the licence facts, because those are copied from a public register that we have no influence over — and it is why we publish the reference numbers, so you can check them without taking our word for anything.

Registers change — licences lapse, companies are renamed, settlements are published — so if you are about to open an account it is worth spending a minute looking the licensee up yourself.
