One address, read by the editors

Reel Checkpoint is run by email rather than by contact form, so nothing disappears into a system nobody checks. Everything below goes to the same inbox and is answered by the people who write and verify these pages.

To help us reply usefully, put the page you are writing about in the subject line and quote the exact wording you are querying. If you are reporting something factual, a link to the source you are relying on saves a round trip.

What this address is for

Corrections
A licence reference that does not match the register, a licensee that has changed name, a detail that has gone out of date, a broken link. These go to the front of the queue. There is more on how we handle them on the corrections page.
Editorial questions
Why an operator is listed, why one is not, how a verdict was reached, or what a licence field on the comparison actually means.
Operators and their representatives
Updates to licence or company details, notice of a change of registered domain, or a factual dispute about something we have published. Please send evidence rather than a request.
Commercial enquiries
Affiliate arrangements and partnership questions. These are read by the same people, and agreeing one never changes what we publish about a licence.
Privacy and data questions
Anything arising from the privacy policy, including a request about information you have sent us by email.

What we cannot help with

We have no access to any operator's systems, so there are things that simply are not ours to fix. Sending them to us costs you time you would rather spend elsewhere.

  • Anything about your account: verification, deposits, withdrawals, closures, bonuses, a game result you dispute. Contact the operator directly — the licensed company responsible is named beside each site on our comparison.
  • Formal complaints about an operator: start with the operator's own complaints procedure. If that does not resolve it, the operator must tell you about the independent dispute resolution service that covers it, and the Gambling Commission publishes guidance on your options.
  • Self-exclusion: we cannot block, restrict or close any gambling account. Gamstop is the free national scheme for online accounts licensed in Great Britain.
  • Urgent support: if gambling is causing you harm right now, please do not wait for an email reply. GamCare's National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133, with live chat at gamcare.org.uk.

Replies

This is a small editorial operation, not a support desk, so we do not advertise a response time we cannot keep to. Corrections are dealt with first and, where a change is made, the page carries an updated review date. If a message needs no reply, you may not get one — but it will still have been read.

No contact form, on purpose

A form that quietly fails is worse than no form at all. Email leaves you with a copy of what you sent and a record of when you sent it, which matters if you are reporting an error and want to follow it up.

Who we are

An independent comparison publisher, funded by affiliate commission. Not a casino, not a regulator, not a complaints body. More on the about page.
