These terms cover the use of reelcheckpointuk.com. They are short because this site does one thing: it publishes comparison and reference material about licensed online casinos. Using the site means accepting them.

1. Age restriction
This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Gambling with any operator licensed in Great Britain is restricted to people aged 18 and over, and licensed operators are required to verify a customer's age and identity before allowing gambling. If you are under 18, please leave this site.
2. What this site is
Reel Checkpoint is an independent publisher of comparison and reference material. It is funded by affiliate commission, as set out in the affiliate disclosure.
Reel Checkpoint is not a gambling operator and does not provide facilities for gambling. It does not accept stakes, offer games, hold customer funds, process payments, issue bonuses or open accounts, and it holds no gambling licence because it carries out no licensable activity. It is not a regulator, a public authority, a dispute resolution service or a financial services provider, and it has no power to act on your behalf against any operator.
3. Information, not advice
Everything published here is general information about publicly licensed businesses. It is not financial, legal or professional advice, it is not a recommendation to gamble, and it is not a recommendation to use any particular operator. A listing on this site is not an endorsement, and the order in which operators appear is explained on the page itself rather than implying merit.
Licence facts are taken from the Gambling Commission's public register on the dates shown. Registers change. Editorial verdicts are our own opinion, formed from the verified information available at the time, and reasonable people may disagree with them.
4. Accuracy and currency
We take reasonable care to publish accurate information and to date every set of checks, but we cannot guarantee that any detail is complete or current at the moment you read it. Licences can be varied, suspended or surrendered; companies change name; operators change their products, terms and promotions without notice.
Before relying on anything here, check the operator's own site and, where a licence matters to you, the Gambling Commission's public register. If you find something wrong on this site, please tell us — the corrections page explains how, and we would genuinely rather know.
5. Third-party sites and outbound links
Links to gambling operators are commercial links to independent third parties, marked as such where they appear. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, promotions, payment arrangements or conduct, and we have no involvement in any account you open or transaction you make.
Once you follow a link, your relationship is entirely with the operator, and that operator's own terms and conditions, privacy policy and rules govern it. Read them. Any dispute about an account, a payment or a game result is between you and the operator, and the licensed company responsible is named beside each site in our comparison.
We also link to independent organisations such as the Gambling Commission, Gamstop, GamCare and GambleAware for information. Those links do not imply any relationship with, or endorsement by, those organisations, and we have no control over their content.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Pages may be changed, moved or withdrawn at any time without notice.
7. Intellectual property
The text, layout, design, editorial verdicts, logo and other original material on this site belong to Reel Checkpoint. You are welcome to read it, print a copy for your own use and quote a short extract with a clear credit and a link. Republishing substantial parts of it, or reproducing our comparison data as a whole, requires our permission.
Operator names, brands and logos are the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification in an editorial context only. Their appearance does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or approval of this site beyond the commercial link arrangements described in the affiliate disclosure.
